You confirm that You are at least 18 years old and authorized to represent a business entity engaged in apparel import, distribution, or wholesale trade.

Wholesale Order Terms

Order Confirmation

All orders are subject to final confirmation by the Company. Quotations, price lists, and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment Terms

Full payment or agreed deposit must be received before order processing and shipment. Payment methods include bank transfer, PayPal, and other supported channels.

MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)

MOQ requirements are stated per product. Mixed batches and container loading are supported where indicated.

Quality & Inspection

Goods are sold as overstock, surplus, or factory liquidation apparel. Minor imperfections may exist and are considered acceptable for bulk wholesale unless explicitly stated as Grade A quality.

Buyers may arrange inspection before shipment at their own cost.

Shipping & Delivery

The Company arranges sea freight, air freight, or express delivery based on Buyer’s requirements. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to You upon handover to the logistics carrier.

Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

Our Service may contain links to third-party platforms. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for their content, policies, or services.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your access immediately for breach of these Terms, including fraudulent behavior, non-payment, or unauthorized use of content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by You for the relevant order.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or delivery delays beyond Our reasonable control.

”AS IS” Disclaimer

All wholesale garments are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. Overstock apparel may have minor variations, packaging differences, or slight imperfections inherent to bulk liquidation stock.

No warranties are given beyond explicit written confirmation on product grade and condition.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

Disputes Resolution

Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

Severability

If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
